At 1300 Homes, our in house Steel Roll Forming machines allow us to begin immediately upon payment of your deposit the steel framing structure allowing for faster construction times and allowing us to build your home more efficiently. While timelines vary based on the home’s size and design and supplier access to material supply, once all decisions are finalized, and council approval is obtained, we typically complete most tiny home builds within 12 to 16 weeks depending on our work load at the time and availability of materials chosen. Your contract will include an exact build time, backed by our Build Time Guarantee for peace of mind.

EX-Factory means that your chosen Modular building is fully completed in our factory/yard inside and out on a steel skid ready for you to simply transport to site and connect up to the services available on your site. It does not include any Site works, Concrete footings, Steel piers, Site costs, Council approval fees, Cost of transport to site, Outdoor decks, Land surveying & engineering costs, AWS sewage systems if required or crane hire as these are unknow at this stage. We are happy to help determine these costs once site location and such things as soil reports and site conditions are fully know.
